REFUND POLICY

Generally, we are having complaints about the mixed option on the product page before adding to your cart and eventually proceeding to checkout. Therefore once you place and order with any of the mixed option kindly message us via live chat, email address or phone number to indicate flavors that will be added to your mixed option.

Consequently, if you place an order and do not feel comfortable with the available flavors for mixed option after payment can request a complete refunds and your refunds wil be sent immediately to be account payment was made from.  But if the order has been shipped or delivered already and you do not want the flavors sent to you, that case you can either request a new package delivered to you or demand your ccomplete refunds which will be done to the account details from which innitial payment was made from during completion of your order.

Orders within ORLANDO can be processed at anytime in that case refunds can be done at anytime based on the request of the receiver.

For Orders in The ORLANDO, MIAMI, TAMPA and around FLORIDA which are delivered same day upon delivery if receiver requests for a new pack or refunds it will be sent immediately to the same account payment of the order was made from.
